JavaScript Job: Technical Lead (m-f-d)

Your mission

• Together with your agile team, working hands-on to implement your team roadmap.
• Alongside other members of the team, designing and testing all software changes to the product/prototypes.
• Together with the Product Manager in your team, organizing and facilitating our agile ceremonies like Planning, Review and Retrospective.
• Helping the team to plan and breakdown problems into smaller increments.
• Adjusting, evolving and extending the technical architecture of your verticals to fit any new changes.
• Briefing and teaching the team new technical practices.
• Performing, recording and gathering results from experiments and prototypes.
• Measuring the user’s experience and ensure that the team actively participates in discovery activities.
• Together with your peers you figure out how to utilise technology to solve incoming product requests

Your profile

• Degree with a focus on computer science / business informatics, a comparable education or are a career changer
• Experienced in backend and frontend development (5+ years)
• You convince with your analytical, communicative, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
• Experience as a technical lead is a bonus
• Experience in developing complex web applications and know how to build and operate them in a performant, secure and scalable way
• You are keen on start-ups and ideally have already worked on a SaaS product
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus)
• You are ambitious, motivated and performance-oriented - and like to tackle things head on
• Team player mentality and open-minded for a (virtual) after-work drink
• You find yourself in our tech stack or are eager to learn something new
